June 2026 has no single nationwide bank shutdown beyond the usual weekends.

Muharram on June 26 closes branches across most big cities including Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai.

Second Saturday (June 13) and fourth Saturday (June 27) are pan-India bank holidays.

Raja Sankranti (Jun 15) and Sant Guru Kabir Jayanti (Jun 29) are state-specific closures.

UPI, ATMs, net banking and cheque clearing run even when branches are shut.
