Road tax is paid in 2-year blocks at 8%/10%/12% of invoice value, +2% diesel, -2% for EVs

Apply on the Vahan portal; private employees need Form 60 proving the firm's multi-state presence

After 14 years the tax flips to an annual payment until the vehicle is scrapped
