CBFC Age Ratings Explained: U, UA 7+, 13+, 16+ Decoded

CBFC's old UA tag is gone — it's now split into UA 7+, UA 13+ and UA 16+.
The number is the age above which a film may need parental guidance, not a hard ban.
Only an 'A' certificate is legally age-restricted at the ticket counter; UA grades are advisory.
Certificates now have perpetual validity — the old 10-year expiry was scrapped.
Certification went fully online, and big films must now ship accessibility features.
