Karuppu Box Office: Rs 305 Crore, a Profit, Just Not a Hit

Karuppu has crossed Rs 305.46 cr worldwide gross and Rs 194.38 cr India net in 26 days, per Sacnilk.

It is Suriya's first film to top Rs 300 cr worldwide and the year's first Tamil film to do so.

Made on roughly Rs 130 cr, the film is comfortably in profit but falls short of the 'double money' hit tag.

The opening weekend (Rs 68 cr net in three days) did the heavy lifting; weekday drops were steep.

Fourth-week numbers are tiny but positive, keeping the theatrical run alive into June 2026.
