How Net Run Rate Actually Works in Cricket (With Examples)

NRR = your runs per over across the tournament minus the runs per over you concede.
If a team is bowled out early, its FULL over quota is used, not the overs actually faced.
18.2 overs means 18 and 2/6, i.e. 18.333 — never treat it as 18.2 in decimals.
Abandoned and no-result games do not count toward NRR at all.
A bigger win by runs or by chasing faster both push your NRR up.
