Jagannath Rath Yatra 2026 main chariot pull is on Thursday, 16 July 2026 in Puri, Odisha.

It is the one day the deities leave the temple, so darshan is open to everyone, including non-Hindus.

Bahuda Yatra (the return journey) falls on 24 July, followed by the gold-clad Suna Besha.

The pre-festival arc runs Snana Purnima then a 15-day Anavasara seclusion before the chariots roll.
