Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid digital products sold on generalnews.hrsforu.com, currently the 5-Year Horoscope PDF priced at ₹99 (inclusive of applicable taxes).
Nature of the product
The product is a personalised digital report delivered electronically by email. It is provided for entertainment purposes only and is not professional advice of any kind.
No refunds — all sales are final
This is a personalised digital product that is generated and delivered to you immediately after a successful payment. For this reason all sales are final: we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations, including for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the (entertainment) content. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept this.
Cancellation
An order cannot be cancelled once payment is completed, as the report is prepared and sent automatically.
Payment errors (the only exception)
The no-refund policy above applies to the product itself. It does not override your rights in the case of a genuine payment error. If either of the following happens, we will make it right by re-delivering your product or reversing the erroneous charge:
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Non-delivery: your payment succeeded but you did not receive the PDF within 24 hours (after checking your spam/promotions folder), and we are unable to re-send a working copy.
To report a payment error, email contact@hrsforu.com within 7 days of purchase with your name, the email used and the Razorpay payment ID. Verified duplicate/erroneous charges are reversed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
